Lou Lou’s Famous Fish Sticks

All you need:

1 packet 250g frozen fish fingers

1 packet 250g frozen potato wedges

2 tomatoes

1 lemon

“Method”

Turn one of the elements on full ball, and place a teflon frying pan on it. It works better if the teflon pan only has a bit of the teflon left on it. Add a little hint of oil and then leave until it gets smoky. Check Facebook account or make international phone call at this time.

Turn the oven on to 225°C. Place wedges on baking paper and leave. Do not note the time, go on ‘feeling’.

Place frozen fish fingers on hot as hell pan. Leave. Once again check your Facebook account, someone might have updated their status. Return to frying pan and flip over the fish fingers. Note the blackened colour they have now taken on and commend yourself. Keep the heat up, it goes faster that way.

Serve the fish fingers, black and crispy on the outside but still frozen on the inside. Add a few slices of tomato and a spritz of refreshing lemon. Forget about the wedges until the fire alarm goes off and then make the comment ‘Oh yes, we’re having wedges too!!’.

I won my first blogging award! I’m so happy, how cool is that?? You can read about it here

I bought this cute T-Shirt for Bubba’s Easter couture. Yes, I’m a mum who teams with the theme.

I also bought this adorable Peter Rabbit T-Shirt for Bubba’s Easter couture. Poor girl.

I loved reading about this gourmet adventure, what can I say I’m 22 weeks pregnant and got a thing for bread.

I want one of these for Bubba, but unfortunately I’m more of a ‘where can I buy it’ rather than ‘how can I make it’ kind of girl…

This made me cry

This made me laugh

Good luck with the fish sticks!
